Milestone launches Strategic HR Services practice
Seasoned HR professional joins Milestone team to lead focus on strategic initiatives
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (September 29, 2021)
Milestone is pleased to announce that it has launched a new Strategic HR Services practice and has hired industry veteran Jill Lehman to lead the initiative. Jill is an accomplished HR professional who brings a wealth of experience to her new role as the Managing Director of Strategic HR Services. Lehman’s group will focus on a wide range of strategic HR projects that will be a natural complement to Milestone’s current fractional HR services offering. Examples of the types of strategic projects that Milestone will tackle include, functional HR assessments, interim and fractional HR leadership, development of strategies and programs that support and enhance HR infrastructure, employee engagement, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compensation and total rewards, and employee lifecycle development.
Milestone first launched its HR services practice in October, 2020 and has seen impressive growth in that segment of the business. “We are excited to see such strong demand for HR services,” noted Milestone Co-Founder and CEO Tom Gabbert. “Savvy business owners are realizing that they can take their business to the next level by putting a strategic focus on people and culture.”
With the addition of Lehman, Milestone is getting an experienced HR professional who understands how to build winning teams. Lehman is a people centered, mission-oriented leader with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and work environment transformation. Jill’s experience spans a wide range of companies from start-ups to Fortune 50 organizations, helping them build HR infrastructure, design programs, grow people and talent capabilities to reach their goals. “We are excited to have someone with Jill’s experience and capabilities”, noted Brenna Whitaker, Milestone Co-Founder and VP of HR Services. “Now more than ever, companies need to think strategically about the HR function, and Milestone has developed a core offering that will deliver results.”
